Dates and prices change — confirm on the organiser's site before you travel. Never buy sparklers for crowds unless the event allows them; many Suffolk shows ban them.
Christchurch Park, Ipswich

Children 12 & under free (check organiser rules); adults/teens ticketed. No sparklers, no dogs. Limited parking — walk with a torch if you can.
Organiser / ticketsGuy Fawkes Night is Thursday 5 November 2026. Most big Suffolk public displays are on the nearest Friday/Saturday — 31 October, 6 November or 7 November this year.
Christchurch Park (31 Oct 2026) and the Ipswich Fireworks Festival at Trinity Park (7 Nov 2026). Trinity Park has free on-site parking; Christchurch Park does not.
Most organised displays are ticketed charity or scout fundraisers. Street-corner free shows are uncommon — budget for tickets and hot food.
Usually no — and even if allowed, fireworks are stressful for most dogs. Leave them at home. Saint Felix explicitly bans dogs.
